Phoenix-based Wretched Pinhead Puppets was formed in 1993 by best friends Russ Graves and James “Jmmy” Holm …Yet, shortly after the demos were complete and after just a few live shows, Graves lost his battle with depression and took his own life.
26 years later Jimmy got “the band” back together … well, sort of.
Wretched Pinhead Puppets is known for it’s multi-genre style, smart writing, and whimsical lyrical and musical hooks.

When Jimmy is not creating new songs for WPP, he works as an independent "jingle" writer, subcontracting for media outlets such as Cox Communications, KTVK, KPHO, etc. He's the creator behind "Wash it Dry It, Go Ahead and Try it ...The Maytag Stores." "Go To The River...Gila River Casino," "StoneCreek...Furniture The Way You Want It," "Mr.Sands Man ... Make Me A Deal," and hundreds more!
